Preliminary product assessment

Tell us what you want to buy and we do the preliminary analysis ourselves: whether there are real opportunities to find a supplier that fits your criteria in Peru.

You also get the free market briefing on alpaca and other fine fibre: what moves, in which categories, and at what scale.

If your spec has no supplier base here, we say so. That answer is worth more than a list padded to look useful.

We reply from a person, not an autoresponder. We do not sell or share your address.

Received. We will come back with the assessment and the market briefing.
That did not go through. Write to [email protected] and we sort it out.

Plan 02  ·  $890 per year, per category

Exporter Radar

The Radar is the working list of who is actually shipping your category out of Peru in 2026: the exporter, the scale, how often it ships, the destination markets it already serves, and the company website where we have it.

It refreshes weekly. A supplier list ages badly: mills stop shipping, new ones appear, volumes move with the season. You get the current one every week for a year, not a snapshot.

PDF and Excel. The PDF is for reading and circulating. The Excel is for working: filter, sort, and paste into your own sheet.

Pick your category

Priced per category because a buyer of tops and a buyer of knitwear are not looking for the same supplier. Figures are Peru exports for 2025 and 2026 to date.

Sourcing Representative

Representation on the ground to find suppliers built to your spec: we contact producers, qualify them, visit factories, handle samples and follow up until you have what you need.

Scoped per engagement, because a single sample run and a full supplier search are not the same job. Price starts at $855 and we quote the scope before anything begins.

Questions

Before you buy

What exactly is a category?

A group of tariff lines that a buyer treats as one market. Raw fibre and tops is four lines, yarn is eleven. The full mapping is in the table above.

How is the Radar delivered?

By email, PDF and Excel, weekly, for twelve months from the purchase.

Where do the numbers come from?

Our own analysis of shipments that left Peru. We do not resell a third party database, and we do not publish our sources in client deliverables.

Do you take a commission from suppliers?

No. You pay us, so we work for you. That is the whole reason the list is not arranged to favour whoever pays to be listed.

Can I get one category now and add another later?

Yes. Each category is its own subscription. Write to us for a multi category quote.
